Rhonda Kinstner is a mom and the wife of Rob. She is a certified educator with endorsements in art, technology and administration. She served as the art and technology instructor at a 1:1 private high school in Illinois for 24 years and is currently the technology specialist at Dieterich Elementary School in Illinois.
Rhonda’s has developed and taught technology courses in Microsoft Office, Digital Media and Graphic Design. She is an innovative educator with experience in blended learning. She has included blended learning in her classrooms, with a focus on individualized online lessons and including flipped learning opportunities. She is an avid user of Adobe Creative Suite and an accomplished photographer. She enjoys freelance work as a photographer, photo editor and graphic designer.
Rhonda has presented at a number of professional educational technology conferences, including Lausanne Laptop Institute, Illinois Educators Technology Conference and Illinois Computing Educators. Presentations have included discussions of flipped learning, peer assessments, and planning a 1:1 laptop program.
Rhonda is a member of the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), Illinois K-12 IT Leadership Council, TechinEDU (Technology in Education), Technology Leadership Network, Education 2.0: Educational Innovation Through Technology, Educational Leadership, and the NSBA Technology Leadership Network.
